PERSONAL COACHING

Mindful Self-Compassionate is a healing alternative response that moves us in another direction, dramatically shifting the way that we interact with ourselves and feel.

GROUP TRAINING FOR STAFF

With Mindful Self-Compassion, team members learn how to buffer stress and burnout during high stress periods and when interacting with difficult team members and clients/students. GROUP TRAINING FOR STUDENTS

Mental health issues are on the rise at alarming rates amongst college students. Research tells us that mental health issues negatively impact attendance, academic performance and persistence. With Mindful Self-Compassionate, college students will learn how to relate to themselves with kindness and care during common college experiences such as underperformance, failure and imposter syndrome. Students will leave the training feeling a deeper connection to their peers, promoting a greater sense of community and belonging.
